Museums
Art
work by Igor Chetvertkov can be found in museums and private collections
in Moscow, St.Petersburg, Kiev, Sevastopol, Vologda, and abroad—in
Cyprus, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, and USA.
"Igor Chetvertkov's art is interesting to my untutored America
eyes. While I may not understand all of the symbolism that is intended
in many of the pieces, I can nevertheless appreciate his striking use
of colors and what appears to be a unique mosaic technique. Some pictures,
such as "Roman Meal" or the "Feast" diptych especially draw my eye,
as they appear to introduce bright colors into an otherwise drab (by
comparison) scene-almost as if centuries of grime have been washed away
and the original design has finally come to light again."
